Pathway 02 · The Hub

Fertility Travel Hub —
clinician-led resources for Irish patients

Everything you need to navigate fertility treatment abroad — from preparation and monitoring to practical planning tools and nervous system support.

More Irish people than ever are travelling abroad for IVF, FET, donor conception, and egg donation. The treatment happens overseas. The preparation, monitoring, and emotional navigation largely happens at home — often without structured support.

About the Hub

Clinician-led, not a wellness platform

The Fertility Travel Hub is part of Fertility & Early Pregnancy Care — Ireland’s first dedicated fertility travel and early pregnancy support service, founded by Roisín Baggott, Fertility Nurse Specialist.

Every resource is written or clinically overseen by Roisín, drawing on over a decade of specialist experience in fertility and early pregnancy care. Resources are evidence-based, regularly reviewed, and written specifically for an Irish context.

This is not a wellness platform. It is a clinician-led resource hub — built around what Irish fertility patients need, in the language they actually understand.
